Rescuing the bird life on Gough Island

Two vets from the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland will tell their story of just what it is like to be involved in conservation of rare birds on the remote Gough Island.

Thousands of birds from several species nest there, but numbers have plummeted following the accidental introduction of rodents. The complex project in rough terrain includes a partnership of international agencies led by RSPB and Tristan da Cunha government.
